I found most of the books I was looking for, though one was missing. Maybe I overlooked it or was checking the wrong spot, but overall, the stuff I needed was there.

Gullybaba.com was okay to use overall, but am I the only one who felt like the site could be a bit smoother? I did find what I needed after clicking around for a while, so it’s not bad or anything. Most pages loaded fine, but the layout feels a little outdated and kind of messy in some spots. Checkout worked okay too. I just think better navigation would make the experience much easier.

"Decent enough books"
The books are usable and the printing is mostly clear, so they do the job. The paper quality felt average though, and a few pages looked a bit dull compared to the rest. Not bad, not amazing. Anyway.

The person I spoke with was polite and explained everything in a simple way. My issue got sorted without much back and forth, which was really nice. I ordered some study material from gullybaba.com, and I’m actually giving 4 stars mainly because the packaging was good. The books came with a proper cover, and the corners were not bent at all, which I really liked. The only small issue was that the outer packet was a little dusty when it arrived, maybe because of the courier. But inside, everything was completely fine and safe. Overall, it was actually a good packaging experience.

I mostly used gullybaba for old question papers, it was better than I expected. Most of the papers I was looking for were available, which saved me from wasting time digging around on different sites. A few papers didn’t seem to be the latest, which is a bit disappointing, but I guess that’s still better than finding nothing at all. Overall, it’s useful for exam practice, so I’d give it 4 stars

I used gullybaba.com while getting ready for my exams, and it was quite helpful. Most of the topics I needed were kind of all in one place, so I didn’t have to keep jumping around different websites. A few parts felt a bit basic, but that actually worked for quick revision and brushing up stuff. Overall, it covered more or less what I needed from the syllabus and saved me a good amount of time.

"Honestly, it was worth the price"
I ordered from gullybaba, i don’t get why people expect everything to be perfect at this price. For what I paid, it was fair. The study material quality was decent, and the delivery was okay too, not super fast or flawless, but not bad either. It did the job, and I feel like I got what I paid for. I’d order again if I needed study material.

"Smooth return experience"
I accidentally ordered the wrong book and reached out to Gullybaba for a return. Their support team got back to me the next day and basically said something like, "No worries, just follow these steps and we’ll help with the pickup." They guided me properly, the pickup happened without any major issue, and the refund was processed within a few days. Overall, it was smooth and didn’t feel like a headache at all. Happy with the return process
